Wynnfield Crossing Senior Community Taps Creative Team for Marketing Expertise

Ann Arbor, Michigan
Christopher Place Senior Communities, an Ann Arbor-based operator/owner of retirement communities in Michigan, Indiana and Pennsylvania, has selected the team of Wagner Design and Fitzgerald Communications to head up a new marketing effort for its Wynnfield Crossing Senior Community.

Located in Rochester, Indiana, and known regionally for its outstanding facilities, caring staff and small-town atmosphere, Wynnfield Crossing offers apartments designed for both independent and assisted living.

According to Wynnfield Crossing CEO and President Charles Maulbetsch, the new marketing campaign will be targeted to seniors and family members throughout Indiana. “Our community offers a multitude of advantages,” he notes, “among them a beautiful location in America’s heartland, convenient access to a full range of services, spacious and well-designed living units, and an unparalleled commitment to service.  With all of these assets, we felt that Wynnfield Crossing deserved a higher profile.”

Based on competitive presentations, Wynnfield Crossing selected the Ann Arbor-based firms of Wagner Design and Fitzgerald Communications to create a comprehensive marketing program slated to include collateral materials, direct mail, ads, and a completely revamped web site.

Wagner Design provides a full range of creative design and advertising services to organizations in the high tech, health care, financial, retail, and academic sectors. The firm has won recognition and awards for its work in print collateral, direct mail and electronic communications and has been featured in various graphic design publications.
Since 1984, the firm of Fitzgerald Communications LLC—headed by writer Linda Fitzgerald—has provided writing and consulting services to a wide array of businesses, colleges and universities, health care organizations, government agencies, and nonprofits in Michigan, New York and Texas.  Her work, which has garnered numerous awards, spans print and electronic media.
