Novus Via Music Selects Wagner Design For Innovative Project

Ann Arbor, Michigan Novus Via Music Group, a publisher of curricular materials for music education, has selected Wagner Design to create packaging and design elements for an innovative new series of thirty-three books and eleven accompanying CDs.

The Novus Via project, entitled American Popular Piano, develops well-rounded traditional piano fundamentals through the use of contemporary and popular music. The series of books and CDs is an integrated course of study in which a student progresses through eleven levels of skill. The selection of familiar music in the lessons is designed to motivate the student to practice and find more pleasure in the process.

The project is authored by two internationally renowned music educators, Christopher Norton and Scott McBride Smith. Both men have published materials that are widely used by students and teachers of piano around the world.

Based in Stratford, Ontario, and respected internationally for its acclaimed authors and revolutionary approach, Novus Via is dedicated to providing a comprehensive and engaging education for the developing musician.

Wagner Design provides a full range of creative design and advertising services to organizations in the high technology, health care, financial, retail and academic sectors. The firm has won recognition and awards for its work in print collateral, direct mail and electronic communications.
